📦 Order & Shipping

1. How long does shipping take?
We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 business days across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.


2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping!


3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the courier partner’s website.


4. What shipping partners do you use?
We work with trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, DTDC, and Ecom Express to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • NetBanking

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)


2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for all orders within India. Please note that COD orders may have a maximum limit of ₹10,000.


3. Are there any hidden charges?
No, there are no hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay, including taxes.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.


2. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@stellarfinds.vgexports.in with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.


3. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

1. Are your products compatible with all devices?

2. Do you offer warranties on your products?

3. Can I order a product that’s out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for notifications on the product page. We’ll email you as soon as it’s back in stock!
