At Stellar Finds, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make cancellations, returns, and refunds hassle-free:
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Since we process and ship orders within 24 hours, please notify us as soon as possible (ideally within 12 hours of placing your order). Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you may proceed with our return process below.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item or approving the cancellation.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect in your account.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem!
Return Window: Initiate a return within 2 days of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
How to Return:

2. Get Approval: Share your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Send the product back to us via a tracked courier service.
4. Refund Issued: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
Exceptions
Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free pickup and expedite a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items: Products marked “non-returnable” (e.g., personalized items) cannot be returned.
